Important Award Nomination Information
For fullest consideration, supporting documentation should accompany the completed Nomination Form. Supporting materials can include, but are not limited to, recommendation letters, résumé or vitae, and/or published articles or announcements.

Please note that the 2010 Alumni Award nominations deadline is November 25, 2009. The deadline for Outstanding Senior an Young Alumni Association Awards is March 12, 2010. However, award nominations are welcome and accepted throughout the year.  Nominations submitted after those dates will be considered for the 2011 Alumni Association Awards.

Any supporting documentation for nominations can be sent to the e-mail address, mailing address, and fax number above.  Please remember to specify who the nomination is for and include your contact information.

All nominations are valid and considered for three years, providing that the criteria are still met.

Award recipients are expected to attend the Awards Ceremony during Alumni Weekend on May 1, 2010, in order to receive the award. Please ascertain the availability of your nominee as best you can.
