The Alumni Card is your key to the university. As a Drexel graduate, you are eligible to receive a card free-of-charge. To request an Alumni Card, click here or call the Office of Alumni Relations at 1-888-DU-GRADS.
Your Alumni Card and a discounted membership fee enable you to enjoy the use of the new, state-of the art Drexel Recreation Center. Opened in February 2010, the Recreation Center is the fitness hub in University City. The Recreation Center is committed to providing a lasting and meaningful impact on the health and well-being of its members. The center serves as a symbol of Drexel University's commitment to the health of the community – both in body and mind. Cognizant of the importance of wellness and an active lifestyle, this 240,000 sq. ft. health and recreational complex promotes and encourages personal fitness, and lifelong health through diverse program offerings including group exercise, fitness assessments, personal training, massage therapy, aquatics, rock climbing and free equipment rentals. Your Alumni Card grants you access to the Korman Computing Center, located off the Quad, between 32nd and 33rd Streets from Market to Chestnut. For Korman Center hours and more information, click here.
Drexel University has three libraries: the W.W. Hagerty Library, located on the University City Campus; the Hahnemann Library, located on the Center City Campus; and the Queen Lane Library, located on the College of Medicine Campus. Each has the primary mission of meeting the essential information, intellectual, teaching, learning, and research needs of the University. IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON LAW LIBRARY ACCESS:
Alumni who are not graduates of The Earle Mack School of Law must make prior arrangements with Head of Access Services, Steven Thorpe, at srt36@drexel.edu or 215-571-4726 to access the Legal Research Center during peak hours. The schedule of access is as follows:
Monday through Friday:
- Peak Hours: 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. (No non-Law School alumni access without prior access OR if alumni have a specific legal research question or need LRC owned materials)
- Off-peak Hours: 6 p.m. until Hagerty closes
Weekend: All open hours
If you have a specific legal research question or need LRC owned materials, go to front desk of Hagerty Library and ask to be buzzed in by the Law Library during normal Hagerty Library hours. |
Present your Alumni Card at the Mandell Theater Box Office to receive a $5.00 alumni discount on university performances. Mandell Theater is located at the corner of 33rd and Chestnut Streets. The 424-seat proscenium theater is the primary performance venue for performances by the theater, music and dance programs at Drexel. For a performance schedule, click here.
