Online Grade Changes - Workflow
The Change of Grade Workflow streamlines the grade change process for courses that have occurred within the previous academic year. Time consuming paper forms, inter-office mail, and manual approval signatures are no longer needed to adjust a student’s grade.
Student grade change requests can be submitted quickly and easily online by course instructors through the DrexelOne Faculty tab. The change request details are immediately forwarded to the appropriate course department head for approval. If approved, the grade will be updated in Banner, the student GPA will be recalculated, and the student and instructor will be notified of the update via email.
