Drexel's programs, concentrations, courses, and curricula are designed to prepare students for critical issues in science, technology, health sciences, information science, media arts, the humanities, and business to shape the next generation workforce and professoriate, and provide them with the skills to be effective practitioners, communicators, and leaders.
Most students in Drexel's more than 70 undergraduate majors alternate periods of full-time classroom study and full-time professional employment. Depending on their college and program, students can repeat this cycle up to three times, gaining up to 18 months of real-world, professional work experience and erasing the line between theory and practice.
At the graduate level, Drexel offers more than 100 degrees and certificates. Many of these programs provide the opportunity for students to participate in co-op, and most offer extensive research options.
