DREXEL/MCP HAHNEMANN MERGER TRANSITION TEAM

Meeting No.12
February 21, 2002

        The meeting began at 5:02 p.m. in the President's Conference Room, Drexel University. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the final draft Report and Recommendations that had been earlier circulated.

        After discussion, the Team reached unanimous agreement on eighteen recommendations, and approved the text of the accompanying report. The Chair will make final revisions in accordance with the discussion and agreements reached at this meeting, and deliver the Initial Report and Recommendations of the Drexel/MCPHU Merger Transition Team to the President tomorrow. It will be shared with the Oversight Committee of the Drexel University Board of Trustees next week.

        The meeting was adjourned at 7:11 p.m., sine die.
