As always, please feel free to contact your HR-Recruitment Consultant for help navigating through DrexelMedJobs. EEO data is collected online during the application process. Budget Transfers are also included in this online tool for managers. However, the Background Check consent forms can either be obtained (by manager) on this HR Website or the New Hire will receive them at Orientation.
Recommendations for Managers:
- Interoffice your Finalist's signed application and background consents to your HR Recruiter as soon as you have selected him/her as a Finalist and submitted for electronic approval.
- Do not use the internet browser buttons (eg. BACK) while navigating through Drexelmedjobs. Only use the given Drexelmedjobs command buttons usually found at the bottom of each screen.
- Take advantage of the Specific Questions tab in the Requisition process, which can serve as a helpful way to pre-screen your potential applicant pool. Closed-ended questions (Yes/No) works for minimum requirement type screening, while Open-ended questions can be used more to increase the quality of the applicants since it allows for detailed and well-thoughout answers. However, it is up to the manager to set up strong, relevant, and behaviorial type questions that could perhaps help predict the candidate's future behaviors based on past experiences.
