The Anthony J. Drexel Exceptional Achievement Award - Honoring Researchers Who Are Making a Difference

The Nomination Process

Presidents and provosts of top-tier research universities in the United States are invited to nominate candidates for the Anthony J. Drexel Exceptional Achievement Award. Nominations will also be accepted from individuals in the higher education field, other research scientists regardless of their employment status, foundations or appropriate governmental agencies. Individuals may also nominate themselves.

Nominations will be accepted electronically via the form on this Web site. The nomination form allows a recommendation not longer than 1,000 words to supplement the requested information and CVs. The recommendation should address the candidate's accomplishments in light of the selection criteria. The nominator or nominee may also ask one other individual to submit an optional letter of support not longer than 500 words via this Web site.

Nominations and letters of support must be received by May 7, 2010. Completed nominations will be acknowledged by Drexel and provided to the selection committee for consideration.
