Deadlines
- Meetings with no special setups or services require a minimum of 2 working days notice.
- Meetings with special needs (i.e. food, setup, etc.) require a minimum of 10 working days notice.
- Programs (receptions, concerts, lectures, etc.) with special needs require a minimum of 20 working days notice.
- A program requiring insurance coverage and a university contract needs a minimum of 30 working days notification.
Cancellations
Due to the heavy demand for meeting and program facilities on campus, groups who find themselves having to cancel facilities should do so in accordance with the following deadlines:
- Meetings with no special set ups, services, or food should be cancelled via email to the Mandell Theater Manager at mandell@drexel.edu a minimum of two business days in advance.
- Groups must cancel events in Mandell Theater via an email to the Theater Manager at mandell@drexel.edu a minimum of 7 working days in advance. Groups cancelling events less than 7 working days in advance will be responsible for any costs incurred for arranging the program or event.
