As Goodwin College's culinary fellow, Chef Andrew Miller manages the day-to-day operations of the Academic Bistro's dining room, bar, lounge, and kitchens.
His responsibilities include ordering and receiving, food allocations, food pricing, event staffing, the hiring and training of work-study students, event supervision, and also serves as the Bistro's in-house DJ at various events.
In addition to his work at the Bistro, Chef Miller serves as an adjunct instructor for Drexel's Culinary Arts, Culinary Science, and Hospitality Management programs, and he plans to enter Drexel's graduate program in Food Science.
In his spare time, Chef Miller enjoys working in the Bistro Garden, brewing beer, and playing sports. |
