Dionne Gordon-Starks serves as an academic advisor at Drexel University’s Goodwin College of Professional Studies. Dionne specifically advises part-time students with last names beginning with "De" through "H".
Previous to Goodwin College, Dionne was the senior career services advisor at the Art Institute of Philadelphia where she advised students in video production, digital media production, industrial design, and photography. Dionne was also previously employed by the Philadelphia Job Corps where she worked as a placement specialist.
Dionne holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Saint Joseph’s University and brings to Drexel a wealth of advising knowledge from her extensive experience in working with both traditional and non-traditional students, as well as her experience in acting as a liaison between students, faculty, and staff.
