Kelly Condon is the Human Resources Project Manager for Goodwin College of Professional Studies. She brings with her more than seven years of business and management experience in the areas of recruitment, retention, labor relations, organizational development, compensation, benefits, project management, sales, and strategic planning.  Kelly manages the recruitment of professors, adjuncts, and administrative staff in addition to working on human resources-related projects for Goodwin College.

Prior to coming to Goodwin, Kelly worked in human resources for a federal agency in Philadelphia. She also has experience working in the private and public sectors. She has her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification and is a current member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
