Profile:

Beth Phillips is a full-time instructor in the Design & Merchandising program in the Antoinette Westphal College of Media Arts & Design. She provides the department with expertise in the areas of fashion and lifestyle merchandising, business plan writing, product development, international wholesale and retail sales, as well as in career and professional development.

Her company, Phillips International, prepares business professionals to approach job searches by offering insightful and customized career development strategies, services, support and advice. Beth is also a co-author of Fashion Careers: The Complete Job Search Workbook (www.fashion-careers.com), the definitive guide to conducting successful job searches and continuing career development in the fashion industries.
