AET: Electrical Engineering & Electronics Lab

The primary goal of this laboratory is to introduce students to the fundamentals of DC/AC circuit analysis, analog and digital electronics, programmable logic controllers (PLC), and fundamentals of microprocessors. The students will gain hands-on laboratory experience using both conventional measurement equipment and electronic trainers (ELVIS) and simulators.

Students carry out experiments, including testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical and electronic circuits used in industrial applications.		Electronic Trainer ELVIS provides a powerful, cost-effective solution for students to perform real-world experiments in electrical engineering and electronics.
Students gain knowledge and hands-on experience in programmable logic controllers (PLC), which are used to automate manufacturing and assembly processes.		Power electronics laboratory introduces students to the solid-state electronics for the control and conversion of electric power.
