Immunization Policy
All students must remember to complete their immunization requirement. The deadline date for winter start students is January 30, 2010. Failure to complete your immunization requirement by this date will result in the placement of an Administrative Hold on your Drexel One Account.
Health Insurance Requirement: All students are required to demonstrate proof of health insurance each academic year. Drexel University offers a Student Health Insurance plan through Aetna to all students who do not have health insurance coverage. Students are able to demonstrate proof of insurance through a waive process or enroll in the Drexel sponsored plan on line.

Any student interested in waiving or enrolling in the Drexel sponsored plan please note that the deadline date is
January 30, 2010. ANY STUDENT WHO DOES NOT EITHER ENROLL OR WAIVE BY January 30, 2010 WILL BE DEFAULT ENROLLED INTO THE BLUE PLAN FOR THE FULL ACADEMIC YEAR. THE CHARGE OF $784.00 WILL BE PLACED ON THE STUDENT BILL. ONCE THIS CHARGE IS PLACED AND YOU ARE ENROLLED IN THE PLAN IT CANNOT BE CANCELLED FOR THE FULL ACADEMIC YEAR AND YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PREMIUM AMOUNT.

Follow the direction s to waive/enroll
On the left hand side click on plans and products offered to you
From the list provided click on Enroll/Waive and follow the directions to waive/enroll
After completing the waiver/enrollment, you will receive an email confirmation that the process is COMPLETE.
If you do not receive this confirmation, please call Aetna Student Health Customer Service at 877-409-7361.
