Mission
To support the operations and strategic plan of Student Life and Administrative Services by implementing and managing efficient use of financial resources, maximizing the available information technology, and ensuring proper Human Resource practices.

Summary of Services

  • Assist with the management of the finances for the entire Division of Student Life and Administrative Services. 
  • Adjust organizational systems and resources to better serve as advisors regarding University policies, procedures and requirements while ensuring fiscal responsibility and operational efficiency. 
  • Provide leadership and coordination of financial planning and activities to ensure the divisional strategic financial plan is supported. 
  • Serve as divisional representative and liaisons for Human Resources on personnel matters. 
  • Guides contractual review, oversight and negotiations.
  • Continually develop, implement and improve departmental financial systems that will ensure accurate accounting and monitoring of all departmental expenditures and revenue tracking.
  • Act as a liaison with University offices related to billing, expenses, personnel matters, university policies, and other business matters as needed.
