The 2012 Dragon Zone Fitness Challenge will run Monday, April 2nd – Friday, June 11th. This is a FREE program that allows you to track your workouts for 10 weeks and earn a Recreational Athletics workout towel for completing the challenge. You will be required to log (4) workouts a week (workout = 60 minutes of physical activity). You can complete a variety of activities to reach your 60 minute goal and it does not have to be completed in one 60 minute workout (you may break it up into 2 or 3 smaller sessions if needed to meet the 60 minute requirement). Examples of acceptable activities include, but are not limited to: weight lifting, running, group exercise classes, workout of the day (posted on the 2nd floor), swimming, climbing, intramural/sport club game, walking, etc! You do not have to complete all 4 workouts in the Recreation Center, but you must log your workout in the fitness challenge log book at the Recreation Center. To be eligible you must register during the first week of the Challenge. You will be able to sign up for the challenge starting on Monday, April 2nd. Follow these 2 easy steps to get registered:
