How to Get Started

Prior to getting started, each new client will need to complete our Personal Training Health History Packet which can be picked up at the Member Services Desk. Completed packages should be returned to the Member Services desk or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org upon payment. Completing the necessary documentation ensures the achievement of your goals in the most effective, efficient, and safest possible manner.
