Online Student Organization Orientation Training (SOOT)

UNDERGRADUATE / JOINT STUDENT ORGANIZATION SOOT 2011-2012:
The undergraduate / joint version of SOOT is available to attend ONLINE anytime! Undergraduate & Joint Organization presidents, vice presidents (or second-in-command designee), and treasurers must view the presentation and complete the follow-up quiz in order to complete this part of the organization recognition process.
NOTE: This SOOT Video is for Undergraduate/Joint Student Organizations ONLY!
The Graduate and Club Sports Organization Officers must attend a separate SOOT workshop.

After watching the presentation, take the quiz:
Log-in to DrexelOne and click the “Drexel” tab. Next, click the CollegiateLink hyperlink located on the bottom left-hand side of the page under the Campus Involvement menu header. You will then be logged-in to CollegiateLink. Click on the "SOOT 2011-2012 Online Workshop & Quiz (Undergraduate/Joint)" flyer posted on the Event Flyerboard on the main page. The link for the quiz is available on the flyer instructions (*you must be signed-in to CollegiateLink for the link to work*): https://drexel.collegiatelink.net/form/start/3756.
Upon completion of the quiz, you will have successfully fulfilled your personal/ individual SOOT requirement. Once your organization’s president, vice president (or second-in-command designee), and treasurer have completed SOOT, your organization will have completed this step toward recognition for the 2011-2012 academic year. Please allow 7-10 days upon completing the SOOT online quiz for results to be returned. Once the last of your (3) officers has completed SOOT, you will receive an update on your recognition status within 7-10 days after your last member has taken the quiz. - All Clubs Sports must attend the special Club Sports SOOT Trainings offered by Recreational Athletics.
- The President, Treasurer, and (1) additional club leader are “Required” to attend a SOOT session on Wednesday, September 21, 2011 at 9pm in the DAC Media Room (email Sarah Shouvlin for more details).
- Club Sports students are not eligible to complete the SOOT requirement by watching the Undergraduate/Joint SOOT Video Workshop - the club sports workshop is not currently available in this format at this time.
