Drexel InfoNET (LCD Screens)

To place an advertisement on the InfoNET, create a jpeg at a resolution of 72 dpi. The image should be exactly 1360 pixels wide by 564 pixels high. You must submit your advertisement at least one week before the first date you would like it to air. Email your image to chip.hartford@drexel.edu along with the date range you would like your ad to run. Only include absolutely necessary information on your image. Students will be viewing these ads for 3 - 4 seconds from up to 15 feet away - use text sparingly and when you do, make sure it’s large. The InfoNET is brought to you by your student government, USGA.

Drexel Daily Digest
If you are interested in broadcasting your event or recruitment to the wide Drexel audience, the Drexel Daily Digest is a great option. There is a NEW Online System that is very user-friendly for all submissions for events and announcements.

Please visit http://www.drexel.edu/news/digest/submit.aspx . This weblink will detail what information is required (who, what, where, when, why, when, etc...) and it provides an opportunity to submit a piece of artwork or logo for your event. The Deadliune for submission of items for consideration is 9AM on the business day "before" you would like your listing to appear i the Daily Digest.

Click here for a Daily Digest Tip Sheet. This document will help make sure that your submission isn't substantially changed in the editing process. This greatly reduces the chance for factual errors or changes in the intended meaning of statements made in the submission.

DrexelOne Campus Announcements
DrexelOne Campus Announcements highlight upcoming events and automatically appears when someone logs onto their DrexelOne account.

DrexelOne pulls their announcements from the Daily Digest (see above for details on how to submit to the Drexel Daily Digest).  Announcements need to be submitted first to the Daily Digest.   In addition, we also recommend submitting information to the events calendar here: http://www.drexel.edu/events/submit.aspx . Your submission is subject to editing.

Organization E-mail Lists
Once organizations are recognized, only the organization President can contact accounts@drexel.edu at IRT to get passwords and access information for an e-mail account. Provide them the name of your group and they will help coordinate everything.

The Drexel University Calendar is hosted at www.drexel.edu/univrel/calendars/events. For events to be included, click on “Submit an Event” and follow the on-line form process.

OCA MEMO to All Student Organization Leaders
Have news that you want other student organizations to know and share with their members? E-mail your e-mail blurb to askoca@drexel.edu. E-Newsletters and Listservs

OCA E-Newsletter
Biweekly, OCA will publish a newsletter with important information and announcements about student organizations and their events. This e-newsletter will be emailed biweekly to all student organization presidents every Wednesday (every even week in the term). To submit an announcement, email askoca@drexel.edu by 12 noon Monday of that even week.

Commuter Student Programs and Services Listserv
To submit event information to the Commuter Student Programs and Services listserv, email commuters@drexel.edu. Please include the date, time, event name, place, sponsoring organization and a brief description of your organization's event. Events are not guaranteed to be posted to the listserv, and will be posted based upon the volume of events received in a given time.

Fraternity and Sorority Life Listserv
If you are interested in promoting your news to the Fraternity and Sorority community, write your “blurb” which includes who, what, where, when, why, how much, contact person with contact information, and other pertinent information. E-mail askoca@drexel.edu and request it to be submitted to the Fraternity and Sorority Life. We will approve and forward it for you.

Pennoni Honors College Weekly Newsletter
If your organization wishes to promote an event or program to the Pennoni Honors College students you may write up one or two paragraphs indicating the who, what, where and when. Nellie will edit your content, if necessary, and list it in our weekly newsletter. The newsletter is posted every Tuesday evening, so please submit your request no later than the Monday afternoon prior to the date you want the submission to appear.
