- Welcome and congratulations!
- When new officers get elected, make sure to update your contact information. Stop in the Office of Campus Activities to pick-up the Recognition Form (if your group is not yet recognized for the year) or the Change of Officer form.
- Sports Clubs complete the special Club Sports Recognition Form.
- If you are elected mid-year and your organization is already recognized, attend a SOOT (Student Organization Orientation and Training) workshop offered on a regular basis so that you can learn the in's and out's of running an organization, event planning, finances, and more!
- Check out transition resources to help you get all the information possible. Visit the Leadership section of the OCA website for information about the CEO Leadership Workshop Series, Leadership Tip Sheets, and how the Leadership Assistants can help you and your organization.
Change of Officers
Please let the Office of Campus Activities know when your organization’s officers and/or advisor change. All you need to do is pick up a Change of Officer form in OCA (Creese 215) and have the new individual(s) sign it, provide their contact information, and return it to OCA (Creese 215).
