- First, you must be sure to RESERVE your event space with the reservations office. For more information regarding reservations click here.
- Pick up a DUST request form at the DUST office (119 Creese) or print the online version.
- Fill out the DUST request form and turn it into the DUST office at least week one before the date of your event. DUST requests turned in with less than a weeks notice may be subject to a $100 service charge, or may not be filled at all.
- Contact the DUST office at 215-895-1330 two days prior to your event to confirm arrangements.
**NOTE: DUST requests are accepted on a first come, first served basis as equipment and technicians are available.
