Whether you are looking to rent for your first time, or have lived off campus since sophomore year, this site will be of use to you.

Become educated about your rights and responsibilities, find housing or a roommate, check out the OCH tips, post a rental property, or check out how we can assist you with any issues that you may have.

Since many of our student live in the Philadelphia area, many of these guidelines may only apply to the city of Philadelphia. If you live outside of Philadelphia and have a question, please contact DrexelOCH.
