Teambuilding Within Your Organization: Energizing a True Impact

This highly interactive session will help students develop facilitation skills, while providing them with enjoyable and educational activities usable in many situations. Students will learn how to select activities, tailor them to the needs of their group, and invent variations to common group activities.

Behavioral Interviewing – “Star Method”

The discussion will touch on areas including: the GMAT, school visits, essays, and networking techniques that can possibly improve a person's candidacy at a "reach" school.

Question, Persuade, and Refer: Providing Resources and Support to Build Healthier Organizations

The Question, Persuade, Refer (QPR) technique is intended to enable student leaders to recognize and provide resources to students in distress. This presentation will enable you to recognize members of your organization or other peers who might be struggling with stress, depression, or anxiety and to help prevent the harm that these conditions can create. By learning this method, you will be better equipped to refer your peers to appropriate on-campus resources and your organization will be more supportive of students who need that support most.

Utilizing the colors of orange, green, blue, and gold to difference four basic personality types, True Colors becomes an uncomplicated language for every individual to convey complex ideas very simply.
