Audio/visual tutorials are available from Microsoft's site. Click here for Microsoft Office Online. Choose theTraining link from their left navigation bar.  Also, be sure to regularly Run Microsoft Office Update

    Additional Resources - OfficeTutorials.com is a free service available to anyone who wishes to use it. Most Office applications and versions are available for download in .doc format

    OneNote - a program specifically designed for note taking, recording, and gathering information from a variety of resources. With OneNote, you will be able to take, organize, easily find, and share your notes, diagrams, graphics, drawings, and audio or video clips on a desktop, laptop or tablet pc.

    Previous Versions of Office - If you use MS Office XP (Office 2002), interactive tutorials for Office XP are available in your CD set to help you learn that version. For Office 2000, we provide the following online tutorials:

  • Access 2000, Excel 2000, PowerPoint 2000, Word 2000.
  • Phone System - Telephone and Voice Mail training. A comprehensive guide to using the features of your telephone and Drexel's Voice Mail system.

    Operating Systems

  • Windows XP Pro Upgrade - Step by step tutorial on upgrading to Windows XP Professional.
  • For users of Windows XP Home Edition - If you do not wish to upgrade to Windows XP Professional, you may need to modify your current system settings to access the network securely. Click on Network Security Instructions to make the necessary changes.
