IRT Faculty Technology Showcase
IRT’s Faculty Technology Showcase was held on Friday, November 14th from 10 am - 2 pm in room 440 of the Earle Mack School of Law building. This annual event was held in conjunction with National Distance Learning Week. This year’s Showcase featured an opportunity for faculty to discuss best advice and practices with a panel of Drexel online “instructors of the year” as selected by their colleges.

installed on their laptops or on-campus desktop machines. PLEASE NOTE: Currently,
there is no Camtasia version for Macs (but, one is reportedly coming this year).
The Camtasia Intermediate sessions are hands-on. In them, individuals
who have already used Camtasia will learn how to:
- import clips
- edit clips on the timeline
- work with the timeline features
- save Camtasia projects
- publish Camtasia projects in a variety of formats
- using the RMCP with .avi files produced with Camtasia

or if you have any questions. Faculty and staff will receive a CD containing Snap 9 Professional to install on their laptops or on-campus desktop machines, as well as an account for Snap Online. Students will receive the Snap 9 Professional CD, but they must obtain authorization from a faculty member in order to be granted a Snap Online account.
The Snap sessions will demonstrate how the software is installed and used. Snap allows users to perform:
- questionnaire design,
- publication,
- data collection, and
- analysis.
It consists of a core product, Snap Professional, and an online component called Snap Online.
