1. Open Entourage, click the Entourage menu and then click "Account Settings..."

2. Click on your Drexel account and then click "Edit"

3. In the "Edit Account" window, look at the "Receiving mail" section. If you see "IMAP server:", then the server name should be "imap.mail.drexel.edu"

If you see "POP server:", then the server name should be set to "pop.mail.drexel.edu" 
After verifying the server name is correct, click the button labeled "Click here for advanced receiving options". |
4. Click to check the box next to "This IMAP service requires a secure connection (SSL)" - the number in the box on the second line should change from 143 to 993.

Or, if you're using POP, click check the box next to "This POP service requires a secure connection (SSL)" - the number in the box on the second line should change from 110 to 995.

Click the small box in the top left corner to close the advanced settings window. |
5. Now, look under "Sending mail". The "SMTP server:" should be set to "smtp.mail.drexel.edu". After verifying the server name, click on "Click here for advanced receiving options".

6. Click to check all 3 of the checkboxes. Next to "Override default SMTP port:", enter "465".

Click the small box in the top left corner to close the advanced settings window. |
