DrexelOne: Login Failure Using Internet Explorer 6 on Windows

There have been some instances of DrexelOne login-failure problems for people using Internet Explorer version 6.0 on a Win32 platform. You may get the message "username/password pair not found."

If you are experiencing this problem:

    1. Confirm that you can log in to http://webmail.drexel.edu

    2. If you can login successfully to webmail then find out what version of Internet Explorer you are running by going to Help - > About Internet Explorer

    3. If you are still unable to login then you need to run Windows Update until you have no new updates. When this is done you should be able to login successfully.
    4. If you are still having problems, you should clear your temporary Internet Files in Internet Explorer.  After doing that, close any open Internet Explorer windows that are open, re-launch Internet Explorer and try logging in to DrexelOne again.
    5. If, after all of this, you still aren't able to log in to DrexelOne, please send an e-mail to consult@drexel.edu.  Be sure to include your full name, username (DO NOT e-mail us your password!) and also let us know what web browser and operating system you're using (such as "Internet Explorer in Windows XP" or "Safari in Mac OS X") so that we can better assist you.
