Clear your Temporary Internet Files and Cookies in Internet Explorer

    1. In Internet Explorer, click on the Tools menu, then click Internet Options

    2. In the Internet Options window, click on Delete Files

    3. In the "Delete Files" dialog box, click "OK" to confirm that you want to delete them. Most people don't have any "offline content", so don't worry about that checkbox. If you've never done this before, it can take a while (usually no more than about 10-20 minutes unless you have a really old, slow computer).

    4. Now, in the Internet Options window, click the "Delete Cookies" button.

    5. In the "Delete Cookies" dialog box, click OK.

    6. Click the OK button to close the Internet Options window. Then, close any open Internet Explorer windows and restart your computer.
