    Symposium Call Center Management

    Call center management is a process of controlling the flow of in coming phone calls to your department. Here at Drexel University we supply this type of servce setup by our Telecommunications Department.

    Drexel University utilizes Symposium sofware, which is a product of NorTel Networks. This product, throught scripting allows you to finely define how your calls are routed. Provides management with the decision making tolls they need.

    • How many calls received.
    • How long callers wait in queue.
    • Number of abandoned calls.
    • Agent and queue performance reports.
