Symposium Call Center Management

Drexel University utilizes Symposium sofware, which is a product of NorTel Networks.
This product, throught scripting allows you to finely define how your calls are routed.
Provides management with the decision making tolls they need.

- How long callers wait in queue.
- Number of abandoned calls.
- Agent and queue performance reports.
