    Qwest Calling Cards
    International Dialing Guide for Business Customers

    Dialing instructions from withing the United States* and Canada.

    To place calls from a touch-tone phone within the United States (including Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands) and Canada:

    1. Dial the toll-free access number on your worldcard. Listen for the voice prompt.
    2. Dial your 10-digit card number + PIN. Listen for the voice prompt.
    3. To place a domestic call: dial area code + telephone number.
    4. To place an international call: dial 011 + country code + city code + telephone number.

    Dialing instructions from outside the United States* and Canada.

    To place calls from a touch-tone phone outside the United States and Canada:

    1. Dial the toll-free primary access number for the country you are in. Listen for the voice prompt or tone.
    2. Dial the security access code (647). Listen for the voice prompt or tone.
    3. Dial your 10-digit card number + PIN. Listen for the voice prompt.
    4. To call back to the United States: dial area code + telephone number.
    5. To call between or within other countries: dial 011 + country code + city code + telephone number.

    Dialing Tips.

    1. To place additional calls, do not hang up; press and hold (#) for two seconds.
    2. If the telepone you are using does not allow the (#) key to be held down for two seconds, press(#) serveral times in rapid succession. Listen for the voice prompt and dial the next telephone number.
    3. If at any time you make a mistake in dialing, press (*) to return to the previous step.
    4. To speak to an operator, dial the toll-free acceess number on your worldcard and either press (0) or hold for an operator.
    5. To use speed dial, enter your card number + PIN, then dial (1) + (#) and follow the voice prompts.
    6. Any additional toll charges levied by the local telephone company are the responsibility of the caller.
