Saving Files to Your Dunx1 Account

    Accessing Dunx1 at Korman | Activating Dunx1 | Accessing Dunx1 Off Campus

If you have a Dunx1 or Academic Unix account then when you log on to any computer in the Korman Center your account is automatically connected. If you double click on the My Computer icon in the top left of the screen you should see a drive labeled X. That is your Dunx1 account.

You can access your Dunx1 account from here by double-clicking on the X drive icon. You can then move files, delete files and create folders to organize your files. If you have something saved on the Desktop you can click and drag it on to your Dunx1 account.

    2. Click on select the My Computer icon on the left of the window
    3. Select your Dunx1 account, the X drive
    4. Enter a filename and save your work

REMEMBER: You only have 100 MB of storage on your Dunx1 account so it may become necessary to archive items from your Dunx1 account on to your home computer or some other storage device.
