Camtasia Studio 5 Capture - Edit - Produce - Share

At Drexel, IRT has acquired additional licenses for Camtasia Studio (CS 5). Over 200 of your colleagues have installed Camtasia Studio and many are finding it to be a powerful teaching, learning, and training application.

CS 5 enables you to:

  • capture whatever is on your computer screen, a portion of the screen, or a specific window, and can include your voiceover and mouse movements as required, and
  • assemble and edit multiple elements like images, audio tracks, title slides, transitions, etc. as a Camtasia Project, and
  • encode your project as Flash, QuickTime, AVI, Real Media, Windows Media, MP4 (for video iPods), MP3 (for audio only), and more.

Attending the Camtasia Demo entitles faculty and staff to have CS 5 installed on their laptop and/or their on-campus desktop. Installation can occur after the Demo, or be scheduled with a member of the Online Learning Team. After attending the session you can contact them at 215-895-1224 or olt@drexel.edu.
