Honors Awards

Honors and Awards

Drexel Alumni honors exceptional graduates and students each year for their accomplishments in their profession, community, and within the University. All are welcome to submit a nomination and participate in the awards process by sharing the achievements of fellow alumni, colleagues, and friends with the Board of Governors’ Honors and Awards Committee. All members of the Drexel community, including those from our legacy institutions Hahnemann and Women’s Medical College, the Evening College and graduates of online degree programs can be considered for any of the alumni awards listed below.

The Honors and Awards Committee celebrates the diversity of the Drexel community and welcomes nominations of candidates of all races, ethnicities, religions, gender, gender identity or expression, sex, sexual orientation, disability, age and/or status as a veteran.

The call for nominations for the 2024 awards program will open on January 23, 2024. The deadline to apply is March 1, 2024. The awards will be presented on May 10 during Alumni Weekend.

Nominations Process

Nominations and self-nominations are welcome but will only be accepted via the nomination forms below. Please do not email your nomination to Drexel Alumni, as it will not be accepted. We suggest that if you are self-nominating, you include at least one letter of support from an external source like a colleague, fellow alumnus, faculty member, or a community organization that you serve.

The Honors and Awards Committee of the Board of Governors will review all the nominations received carefully and notify the selected award recipients in March. The committee is committed to reviewing all of the many personal and professional accomplishments of our alumni. Given the number of qualified nominations, the selection process can be highly competitive. If you have any questions, please reach out to alumni@drexel.edu.
