The URBN Center will move the Antoinette Westphal College of Media Arts & Design ever closer to being recognized as one of America’s premier universities for design, media and art as our facilities will enhance our strong faculty, programs and students.  To achieve elite recognition, now, more than ever, we need funding support from you to invest in technology, new programs and initiatives and scholarships. There are many ways to contribute. The gifts we’ve received to date helped create the URBN Center and the Westphal in Los Angeles program; helped to host guest artists and notable speakers for programming, and workshops at Drexel; helped to renovate existing facilities; and assisted students with scholarships and financial aid for cutting-edge senior projects.

The great benefit of The URBN Center is it places all Westphal’s design and many media programs under one roof in a state-of-the-art space with the latest technologies and laboratories.  Westphal students and faculty already demonstrate excellence; our students win national awards at an impressive rate; our faculty creates important new creative work and scholarship; and our alumni work at many of the world’s most renowned and recognizable companies and institutions. Your contributions allow us to build upon our successes so that future graduates will be best prepared to make the world a better place.

The Space to Create campaign offers opportunities to name spaces in The URBN Center for yourself or a loved one be it a lab, studio, specialized teaching space or gathering area.  It is a chance to leave a legacy for someone that you admire and love.
